Sembuh Dari Kanker Otak Stadium 4, Ibu Ini Bagikan Resep Herbal Yang Ampuh Atasi Kanker

Sri Mariyaningsih seperti merasakan kehidupannya yang kedua. Ya, itu setelah dia selamat dari keganasan kanker otak. Dia selamat lantaran obat herbal.

Pasca sembuh, dia mengembangkan sendiri obat herbal dan sudah memberdayakan ratusan orang. Seperti apa cerita hidupnya yang humanis itu?

Dari luar, rumah Sri Mariyaningsih di Puri Cempaka Putih 2 aR/14 Bumiayu, Kedungkandang, Kota Malang, kemarin (12/5) terlihat sepi. Piala dan sertifikat tampak berderet-deret di dua etalase yang tingginya sebahu orang dewasa. Etalase itu berada di teras rumah. Persis di depannya, ada tanaman toga yang rimbun.

Tanaman toga itu merupakan bahan baku utama jamu kemuning kreasi Sri Mariyaningsih. Nama kemuning diambil dari nama Pos Pemberdayaan Keluarga (Posdaya) Kemuning, posdaya yang dibentuknya sejak 1997.

“Saya tadi lagi ada acara UKM di Rampal,” kata perempuan yang akrab disapa Bu Rofiq itu di kantor Jawa Pos Radar Malang menjelaskan kenapa rumahnya kemarin begitu sepi.

Hampir satu jam lebih dia dengan gayeng menceritakan lika-liku perjalanannya mendirikan posdaya, serta pengalamannya mengembangkan jamu herbal. Untuk diketahui, posdaya merupakan forum komunikasi, silaturahmi, advokasi, penerangan, dan pendidikan, sekaligus wadah kegiatan penguatan fungsi keluarga secara terpadu.

“Tahun 1997, di sana (Bumiayu, Red) masih sepi. Saya coba ajak ibu-ibu untuk berkegiatan bareng,” kata ibu satu anak itu.

Bu Rofiq tergerak untuk mengajak ibu-ibu karena sakit yang dideritanya. Dia ingin warga turut aktif dalam kesehatan masyarakat. Lantaran, ketika itu dia masih mengidap kanker otak pasca melahirkan.

“Tahun 1994 itu saya stadium 4 kanker otak. Saya tidak bisa melihat,” ujar istri dari abdul Rofiq ini.

Kala itu, sejumlah pengobatan dokter sudah dia lakukan. Sampai-sampai Bu Rofiq hampir

kehabisan biaya. Bahkan, dia harus menjual rumah dan mobilnya untuk keperluan pengobatannya di Jakarta.

Lalu, Bu Rofiq baru merasakan kesehatannya mulai membaik setelah meminum jamu herbal dari resep seorang profesor kedokteran di Jakarta bernama Prof H M. Hembing Wijayakusuma (alm). Selama ini, Prof Hembing dikenal sebagai pakar di bidang herbal.

“Saya dikasih tiga lembar daun kompri. Sejak itu kemudian saya berangsur merasa nyaman,” kata perempuan kelahiran Blitar itu.

Setelah itu, Bu Rofiq terus mencari daun kompri untuk diracik menjadi jamu. Dia meminta suaminya, juga keluarganya, untuk mencari banyak bibit kompri yang akan ditanam di rumahnya. Setelah itu, hampir setiap hari Bu Rofiq meneguk jamu dari daun kompri untuk kesembuhan kankernya.

“Itu dulu cobaan Allah SWT. Saya memilih kuat dan sabar saja meskipun uang saya habis,” bebernya.

Karena berhasil selamat dari ganasnya kanker itu, sejak itu Bu Rofiq merasa mengalami ‘kehidupan kedua’.

Ya, Bu Rofiq merasa masih dianugerahi kehidupan oleh Allah setelah berkutat dengan ganasnya kanker. Sejak itu pula dia mengoleksi toga dan membuat jamu herbal untuk kesehatan.

“Kalau sembuh total, ya mungkin baru tahun 2009,” imbuhnya.

Bercerita tentang posdaya, dia mengatakan, hanya segelintir orang yang bergabung. Menurutnya, tidak semua rekannya memiliki usaha. Namun, tetap dia ajak untuk usaha apa saja dan mengembangkan Posdaya Kemuning.

“Ada 10 rekan yang tidak punya usaha waktu itu. Saya kasih Rp 200 ribuan agar mereka bikin kue. Saya yang jualin. Saya titipin ke penjual-penjual kue di pasar,” kata putri alm Suprapto-Suprapti itu.

Meski begitu, perjuangannya memberantas kemiskinan dan rentenir tidak berjalan mudah. Sejak posdaya berdiri hingga tahun 2012, tidak ada bank yang berani meminjamkan dana lewat Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR). Puluhan bank yang jadi tujuan tempat peminjaman semua menolak. Tapi, Bu Rofiq tidak menyerah.

“Di TV saya lihat ada program pinjaman KUR. Saya daftar. Ditolak juga. Alasannya, tentu karena kredibilitas posdaya masih dipertanyakan,” jelasnya.
